Kenn Kotara's three-dimensional Braille work portrays the tactile language of Braille through a series of visually intriguing works on paper. His unique "night" installation, featuring fluorescent paints on wood dots and black lights, challenges the viewer to confront an unfamiliar visual language under limited ocular conditions. Unlike most minimalist artwork, these works can be precisely decoded.
